Hello, Everybody! 

We are the Troutman family -- Philip, Paula, Nathaniel and Christopher. We live in Wilmore, Kentucky.

Phil has finished his coursework for a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies program at the E. Stanley Jones School of World Mission and Evangelism at Asbury Theological Seminary here in Wilmore. He is now doing background reading and working on his research proposal. If all goes as planned, he could graduate in May of 2010 Phil is also the new pastor of the Iglesia del Nazareno de Nicholasville, a Spanish-language church plant which currently meets Sunday afternoons at Nicholasville First Church of the Nazarene.

Paula continues her work as the director of the King Curriculum Lab of the Education Department at Asbury College, also here in Wilmore. She has become an invaluable member of the Education Department's staff.

Nathaniel has graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a B.S. in Computer Science. In August, 2008 he will begin a graduate program at Oklahoma University, working toward a Master's in Computer Science.

After two years at SNU, Christopher is transferring to Asbury College to finish his degree. He will be majoring in Creative Writing. After graduating from Asbury, he plans to attend seminary, with a probably concentration on Youth Ministry.
